Our filter subscription keeps your AquaPura system performing without you having to remember to reorder. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
What's included
Your replacement carbon filter two-pack, delivered automatically at a discounted price:
- Subscription price: £49.99 per delivery
- One-off price: £69.99

Delivery frequency
Filters ship automatically every 6 or 12 months — choose the interval that suits your household when you subscribe, and adjust it any time from your account.
Billing
- Managed through Bold Subscriptions.
- We charge the payment method on file automatically on each renewal date.
- The £49.99 shown is the recurring price per delivery, not a one-off.
- If a payment fails, we'll retry and email you; if it can't be collected, that delivery may be paused.
Managing your subscription
From your account (or the link in any subscription email) you can skip or reschedule a delivery, change the frequency, update your address or payment details, and pause or cancel.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time with no cancellation fee. To avoid being charged for your next delivery, cancel at least one week (7 days) before the renewal date shown in your account. Need help? Email hello@aquapura.life and we'll cancel it for you. Cancelling stops future deliveries; it doesn't refund deliveries already dispatched.
Price changes
If we change the subscription price, we'll email you in advance before it applies to your next renewal.
Refunds on subscription orders
Refunds on individual subscription deliveries follow our Returns & Refunds policy — opened or used filters can't be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
