Products
We sell gravity-fed water filtration systems, replacement filters, and related accessories. Product images are for illustration; minor variations in appearance may occur. We aim to keep descriptions, specifications, and pricing accurate, but where we discover an error in the price or description of an item you've ordered, we'll contact you before dispatch to confirm whether you wish to continue.
Filtration performance claims
AquaPura's contaminant-reduction figures are based on independent laboratory testing under controlled conditions. Real-world performance can vary with source water quality, flow rate, temperature, and filter age. Our filters are certified to NSF, ISO, and CE standards as stated on the relevant product pages. Our products reduce specified contaminants; they are not a substitute for a supply that is unsafe to drink, and should not be used to treat water of unknown microbiological safety unless the product page expressly states otherwise.
Pricing
All prices are shown in GBP and are the final price payable at checkout, inclusive of any applicable VAT. Customers ordering from outside the UK are responsible for any import duties or local taxes that may be charged on delivery in their country. Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation or dispatch notice. We may refuse or cancel an order (e.g. suspected fraud, stock issues, or pricing errors) and will refund any payment taken.
Subscriptions
Filter replacement subscriptions are governed by our Subscription Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, logos, and the AquaPura name — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here at the time of your order.
